Welcome to Fuentesalvaro. By accessing or using our website, services, or contacting us through any channel, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site and services.
1. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the site to transmit harmful or malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect any misuse.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, visuals, designs, graphics, logos, and case studies, is the property of Fuentesalvaro unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.
3. Project Engagement & Services
All projects are subject to a separate written agreement or invoice outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.
Fuentesalvaro reserves the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
4. Payments
Payment terms for services will be outlined in the individual project agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
A deposit may be required to begin work
Full payment is due upon project completion
Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 5).
5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with completed work that falls short of what was agreed, get in touch and we'll usually offer a revision or reshoot as the first step. Nothing in these Terms restricts, limits, or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing here should be read as a blanket "no refunds" policy.
6. Image Licensing
Photography and film delivered as part of a project are licensed, not sold outright, unless a full rights transfer has been specifically agreed in writing.
Standard license: covers use in your portfolio, website, organic social media, awards submissions, editorial features, and pitches.
Extended use (paid advertising, exclusive rights, full rights transfer, or raw/unedited files): available on request, discussed and agreed on a case-by-case basis before the shoot or at delivery.
Fuentesalvaro retains copyright of all photography and film produced unless a full rights transfer has been explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality and agree to handle any sensitive information shared with us responsibly and securely. Likewise, clients are expected to respect and not disclose any proprietary information about our processes or work.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Fuentesalvaro is not liable for:
Delays caused by third-party vendors, platforms, weather, or site access issues outside our control
Business outcomes based on how delivered content is used
This clause does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites or use embedded tools. We are not responsible for their content or data practices. Use them at your discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of our site and services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
